Ask Lou provides cloud-based software for roofing contractors, including but not limited to customer relationship management, project management, estimating, invoicing, and crew management tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ask Lou to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ask Lou LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We will not use your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your data.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ask Lou LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
